It is designed to move the road train along the mining excavation, and it provides smooth starting and stopping of the train, as well as stepless speed control. The drive is equipped with a friction pulley and two shoe brakes acting as service and safety one. The service brake impacts the clutch brake field, which is mounted on the gearbox input shaft. The safety brake affects the brake rim of the friction pulley directly. The brake is released synchronously with the drive. The brake is automatically applied when the drive is switched off. The pulling force on the rope is transmitted by the frictional forces between the pulley and the rope.

It is designed to produce braking force in case of an emergency stop of the train. The car moves on arrester rollers along the rail track. The arresters are activated in automatic mode when the train reaches the set speed, as well as in manual mode by a cable coming from the cab of the towing or passenger trolley.

It is designed to move the train by the force applied from the drive through the traction rope. To extend (shorten) the closed traction rope when increasing (shortening) the length of the GNR road, a drum for spare traction rope is installed on the towing trolley. The driver in the cab can send commands to the drive using the baton and, if necessary, releasing the cable in the upper part of the cab to activate the braking trolley in case of emergency. To hold the train in case of coupling breakage or spontaneous uncoupling of freight cars, a counter coupler is applied.

The tensioning station is designed for automatic tensioning of the traction rope branch running away from the pulley friction drive. When the running-in or running-out branch of the traction rope is loosened, the movable unit is lifted by the tensioning weight, which is located in the load basket and selects the slack in the traction rope.

The supporting unit (device) is designed to guide and support a branch of the closed traction rope located on the side of the rail track. The vertical roller located at the rail track is hinged and deflected inside the contour when the driving lever of the towing trolley is activated. After the lever is actuated, the deflecting roller returns to its original position by its own weight, closing the rope inside the closed contour.

The diverting unit is designed to support and guide the reverse branch of the closed traction rope in the places of excavation curvature. It is installed on the bends of traction rope on the block over 100. It is designed to transmit mine cars to the mating excavation and to pass the road train without lifting the stabilizing rollers. The railroad switch is manufactured in different versions depending on the gauge, rail type and turning direction (right-hand and left-hand). It consists of input and output switches. Rail fixing in working positions is ensured manually by a turnbuckle and a lock. Moving rails on switches to working position is done manually or by means of PVM1-M drive.

The rollers are designed to support the belt branches in belt conveyors. Rollers and roller supports are installed on the elements of the conveyor load bearing structure with the possibility of adjusting their position in the horizontal plane relative to the normal line to the longitudinal axis of the load bearing structure

Our rollers are used for conveyors operating in harsh conditions of ore and coal mines, including methane and coal dust hazardous mines, as well as for open cast mines and wash houses, fuel discharge of thermal power plants and coking plants, metallurgical facilities and ports.

The rollers are manufactured in three shaft versions: through-edge, blind-edge, and with a hole. A version with shock-absorbing rings is available as an option. Shaft and sidewall lengths can be specified either based on specifications or according to customer’s dimensions.

The rollers

The roller chain is a suspended roller support to be mounted on overhead rope and cable conveyors for transportation of large-sized cargo. These roller supports provide great advantages over rigid ones. If the torque value absorbed by the bearing unit under an external load in the range of 1.0...4.0 kN is 7...35 N for a roller on a rigid support, the torque value for a roller on a flexible support (chain) is just 0.2...1.2 Nm. This considerably increases the service life of the bearing.

Flexible elements reduce the dynamic loads on the belt by about half, which allows you to increase the band speed by 1.4-1.5 times. The chain is available with a different number of rollers (2, 3 rollers) and the inclination angle according to the customer’s request.

Its design reduces dynamic loads, makes it possible to center the conveyor belt, and it is convenient during installation and dismantling works. It is widely used in coal industry.

Arch and Anchor fastening metalware

The interlock of the shutoff rotating mechanical valve for SVP-22, SVP-27, SVP33 is designed to be used in excavations with estimated rock displacement up to 300 mm. These include end and permanent mine openings.

ZSh.000 type interlock is designed to be used in permanent mine openings with estimated rock displacement of up to 150 mm. The ZSh.000 rail is manufactured by the hot forging method.

The mesh clamp is made of heat-treated or nonheat-treated wire and is used to enclose horizontal and inclined mine openings with anchor and/or arch fasteners.

M24 and M16 locks for SVP-22, SVP-27, SVP33 are designed to be used as part of the metal frame mount in mining excavations.

The interframe coupler is designed to connect adjacent mount frames to provide their stability.

The base shoe (end thrust bearing) is used as part of the metal frame mount to prevent the support legs from digging into the ground.

Anchor

Anchor fasteners made of rolled steel with a helical profile are designed to anchor the roof, sides and soil of excavations in mines and quarries. The anchor is fixed in the borehole by ampoules based on polyester resins and/or mineral compositions. The diameter of the anchor rod can be 16, 18, 20, 22 and 25 mm

Spherical nut is supplied as part of the anchor fasteners and is used for anchor installation and tensioning.

Polymer ampoules are used for chemical sealing of the anchors in the roof, sides and soil of mines and quarries, as well as in subway construction, tunneling, building foundations and other structures.
